Registration Forms

In order to swim with the Marlins, you need to fill out the following forms. They need to be filled out once a year before the end of the year. .

Please return them to Cindy Sperling's (596-7274) folder in the swim box at the pool. 

Full Marlin Registration Packet 2007-08 - Word Format - PDF Format

This includes the Marln Registration Form, The Terms and Condition Form and the CSI Year Round Swimming Form.
