Matt has an impressive resume of coaching experience in Texas, where he was able to build a large successful team from scratch and as the Head Age Group Coach at the Colorado Athletic Club in Denver.  Matt is passionate about swimming and teaching the transferable skills like hard work, goal setting and discipline.

Beth's love for the water began on the beaches in Southern California.  A high school and junior college swimmer, she lifeguarded and taught swim lessons before taking a hiatus to marry her Marine and become a mother of four.  Relocating to Northern Californa led to coaching and a life long passion for teaching others the joy of water.  Beth has coached all levels from the non-swimming beginner to Junior National competitors.  Her coaching follows three ideas: Solid basic skill, Learn to work outside the Comfort Zone, Team Unity and Spirit.  She is happy to join the Marlin Family!

Amanda has been working in and around the water since she was 17. Amanda started working as a Behavior Technician with special needs kids for the last 3 years at Colorado Autism Consultants. Before this she was a
lead lifeguard and swim teacher at the Montrose Rec Center for 4 years. Amanda is excited to learn new skills of being the Age Group coach, she’d like to focus on team building.
